Sheep store that carbon in their wool while grazing, meaning up to 50% of the weight of clean wool consists of pure biogenic carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

In this way, sheep and their wool become part of the natural carbon cycle that supports all life on our planet.

Wool is biodegradable, and returning wool to the soil returns the captured carbon back into the ground instead of releasing it into the atmosphere.
